WC Ohio | You are too high you have almost 1000 hrs of overtime. That is 18 hrs a week.
When I was hired it was around 300 hrs of overtime but I was running a machine and ran some stupid long hrs. This year I will be around 220 hrs of overtime but I am on the lot all of the time keeping things moving.
Some of the larger branches are probably closer to 400 hrs but they run 7 days a week for a month in the spring.
I would say $35-40k would catch most.
