| It seems like he fits in well with your operation so ask him what he wants. You might be surprised what comes out of his mouth. Most people, and employees are people, aren't money driven (are happy with a liveable wage) and only want to do a good job and be appreciated for doing that job. If you want to keep him around, he is going to have to feed his family, but he is also going to need to feel appreciated and a part of your organization.
