Subject: RE: Quitting Copenhagen

its hard to stop

one day I was driving the truck back to the wheat field at harvest.....about half way home, I started to get sick, things started spinning, everything else
I spit that wad out, threw out the can too.

it took a while to get over it.....nicotine is very addictive.....smoking is bad enough, but you actually get a bigger dose and harder to break with chew.

remember, nicotine is a poison.....a package of cigarettes or a can of chew, esp Copenhagen, can give a small child nicotine poisoning, and can kill.

and you still put it in your mouth....

I know its hard.....yes your going to go nuts for a while, you have to detox..........but believe it or not........food does have a different flavor......

no more spilled cans of spit in the pickup making a mess

just keep trying
