northwest Missouri | Good luck. I have quit a few times and just one has always sent me back. I have enough Skoal to get through harvest and then I'm not buying anymore. I bought some Grinds in wintergreen that taste pretty good. I have been switching off through the day so gradually weaning off. It takes a lot of willpower to pull it off. Number 1 you have to want to quit, make a list of all the reasons and look at it everyday or multiple times. Life isn't over because you quit.
