Zabcikville, TX | The seeds don't really give a damn how they end up on the ground. Proper depth is the key. A drag harrow works well. Field cultivator is #2, a disc would be my 3rd choice. Of course......proper nutrients and a good rain afterwards never hurts. Crop insurance adjusters "here" will come look at the stand before they will insure it. Drilling it MAY yield more, it may not. Depends on the year. | |
