So I recalculated and if I wait til age 66 yrs, 2 months I will draw $3500 less than if I start at age 62. If I wait til age 70 I will draw about $5000 less that at age 62.
If I start at age 66 yrs, 2 months I will draw about $1500 more than if I wait til age 70.
So it appears that the longer you live, the numbers will get closer but since I am not really counting on making it to age 80 OR that the SS system will still have money, I figure that for me the sooner the better.
