Try growing pumpkins and squash on a fairly large scale for your area (30 acres makes that here) and you'll really screw up the coffee shop group. Then throw cover crops in and you'll be considered insane sure to go broke.... It's like notill. That stuff don't work. I just read that on a post here this morning.
