I have a Squeezo (the all-metal one). It is great for making applesauce and many other things. Just steam the apples in a big pot (after cleaning and cutting the apples in half) and then run through the Squeezo when the apples have cooled down a bit. The stainer takes care of the seeds and peels. I have used mine a lot with tomatoes to put up spaghetti sauce, pizza sauce, marinara sauce, etc.
