Ottawa, Ontario | I spent some vacation time in Vermont. In a Vermont newspaper was a Letter from the Governor of Vermont thanking Quebec for the inexpensive electricity and how these low rates have helped the state rebuild their industrial sector.
Meanwhile, Ontario is paying excessively high electric rates and industry has left the province...
There is no logic to this. On a clear day I can see the hills of Quebec from my yard.
