Southern Ontario
Actually Super D it is more blindly dogmatic than that here in Ontario.

I heard a retired power executive from Hydro Quebec interviewed on the radio.

He said they were in negotiations with Ontario to supply 100% green hydropower to ON (all they wanted) for 3-4 cents/kwh.

This was back in the start of the McGuinty era. McGunity told Quebec NON.

The Liberals felt their 50 -80 cent/kwh and thousands of acres of ruined farmland deal was the only way of the future.

It would be hard to make up how badly this thing is going.

By the way, the town of Cornwall, Ontario, through some stroke of defiance and genius, negotiated a power supply deal with Quebec and it's citizens are happily free of the Liberal plan and its energy poverty.

I have been told the Liberals have since closed that little loophole.

U
