Anderson County Kansas | Exactly, I have tried over and over to tell some of these guys that live in the Garden of Eden that a lot of fringe acres make more with low grain prices then they do. Lower land cost, better basis, and fixed cost. They pay more in rent than I bought a lot of ground for 25 years ago. I see more dryland corn and bean acres across central and western Kansas every year, and I don't expect that to change. | |
