I completely agree. Pay the property taxes for rent and plant beans on beans. Use cheap open patent seed and bin run it. No fancy treatment or fungicide applications. Can't beat that. I'll seed it in red clover/orchard grass if beans don't pay. When they do, I'll plow it down and put beans in again.
Can someone explain this to me?
