| I'm not going to pick on that much, looks like they've done a pretty good job. I will say that in regard to the state as a whole, many of the counties which had the tougher weather this spring and didn't get the saving rains quite in time at tasseling are powerhouse counties for corn acreage. Corn within an hour's drive of here is generally about as nice as I've ever seen, however a county with 60,000 acres of corn doesn't quite offset one with 200k+ that's had a worse growing season. |
