Darke Co. Ohio | Good Afternoon, I am stumped and need some help.
Last week I got a new wireless internet provider to the tune of 5MB speed. My old provider was DSL at 1.5MB speed. I still have both services for the time being. Now my problem. I cannot log on to my online bank account with my new service, and also 3 of my CC accounts. When I unplug the wireless wire from my router and plug in my DSL wire, I can log on to all four of the sites just fine. My computer is hard wired to the router. Now another twist, I have a Ipad that is hooked to the same router only wireless. It CAN log on to the sites with the Ipad, at the same time that my desktop cannot. If more info needed just ask. I will try to answer your ?
