Central Nebraska | I am going to assume Windows PC...I would reset IP Settings / network adapter.
1. Open Command Prompt (right click on command prompt from start menu and click "run as administrator")
2. Type netsh int ip reset -> press enter
3. Type netsh winsock reset -> press enter (depending on what version of windows, may get an error...if so then type netsh winsock reset reset.log)
4. Reboot computer and see what happens.
