NESD | Have a 2015 with around 12,000 miles and the 2.7, unbelievable get up and go with such a little engine. My experience is the mileage is not what I had hoped it to be probably around 17.5 avg. on the computer but the computer lies and if you figure manually closer to 16 , this is from interstate driving to little 1/2 mile trips. If you buck a wind or put the pedal to the floor the mileage drops like a rock. On of my biggest peeves initially was the engine that stopped and started at stoplights (can be disabled but have to re-disable every time key is cycled) but have gotten used to it and don't really notice it anymore. My dad has a 2016 with the 3.5 and this pickup will get up to speed every bit as fast as his but obviously won't have the same pulling power, mileage is better with the 2.7 over the 3.5. Overall a very capable engine. | |
