Subject: It's not just land cost

Red River Valley

It's half million dollar shops, and 1 million dollar homes. It's two trips to cancun before your kids are 7 years old.

It's a yard full of new equipment 6 years into your farming life.

I knew very successful that never bought a new piece of Equipment until their 20 year of farming and when they did they polished 4 times a year.

the thought of buying a new tractor or combine to trade it off in 3 years before the warranty ran out was a pipe dream.

and now I know 5 farmers that think having a new line of equipment and trading every 5 years is a god given right.

all the while owning a 500k shop to wash it in.

the process will change that IMHO
