The best relationships are when landlords contact you. Wait your turn, unless you wish to be a BTO that no one respects. Your college education is valuable. In a few years your experience will dwarf it in worth. Sounds like you have a chance to work in an established family operation. If you prove your worth, others will notice and land will come your way. Good luck.
