I run an older Gold Digger plow that I have modified some. The main thing is that I added a heave plate that is a little wider than the width of the 8" boot. I have been using it for almost 2 years now and cannot tell a difference in pull on the tractor between using the plow as it came for 4" and with this 11" wide plate. The difference is when you actually are putting 8" in the ground. The tile itself creates most of the drag. Soil type is the biggest factor but this is what I've noticed with my setup. Sadly, you cannot do this to a stealth plow...
