Subject: RE: Metal building house vs. stick built

Dearfield Co.
The kid had them rough in a building and last count he was within 10$ per square foot of stick built if he figured paying himself $100 a day to work on it. His budget house has turned into a project over run night mare to me but his wife and him so far are loving it.

Should add one of his friends is doing the same thing with a M building and one wall wasn't straight making it a construction mess-------seems shop building people dont care about square as much as a good contractor does. That crooked wall has cost him tons of extra money in the build. M stated it was due to poor site prep . The dirt contractor got involved and proved it was not the site. So he will have one wall in the house section that is 4 inches from being straight on the out side with all sorts of fun stuff to straighten it . It was also not straight up and down.
