| I would not thaw out the hamburger and make patties and then refreeze. You will be going to a lot of trouble/work to thaw out the hamburger safely...I would just thaw out the hamburger in the microwave prior to needing it and make the patties and cook em. In the microwave on defrost/30% power it would take less than 10 minutes to thaw it out. I put mine in on defrost for about 4 minutes....remove what is thawed...defrost in microwave for another 3 minutes....remove what is thawed....repeat until it is all thawed...taking less time each time you put in the microwave. | |
