| I can't get the rate to vary in manual.
I get a signal on pin 3, but not on pin 4 which I found is the increase and decrease respectively.
I also cracked the case open and the switch appears to work fine, but never puts a path out to pin 4 to decrease. It will put a low or short out to pin 3 no matter if the switch is in the up or down position. I don't have a schematic, but it seems that I should have a voltage going out of pin 4 to decrease the rate. I have verified that the controller valve works with voltage applied to increase and decrease.
Am looking at replacing a processor board? Or is there anything else to check?
