90 series had larger auger and updated cluster gear that ran the rolls and chain drives.
The first 90 series heads had old cluster gears but were updated by Deere. 95 and 96
model year 90 series had faded poly to blue problem but fine 97 and after. Prices have come
down of late - I would buy the 90 series.
