I think it is that 55# and up won't go in a pro box and 40# and under You cannt see in a probox so all corn between 40-55# goes in a pro box and the rest goes in a bag.
That is the truth! Though 40# will go in a pro box but just not "fill" it. I don't use pro boxes for corn because I am a small farmer. I have told some of the dealers that I don't want anything over 55#/unit when I order. They all listen when I say that, but half of them bring 65 pounders when they deliver it. That is going to stop next year as I will write on the order that I will not accept any bags over 55 lbs.. After all, I am the customer and the customer is always right. |
