Give them some corn or corn silage. Corn is considered to be in the grass family, or at least when are spraying for weeds its is in the grass family.


You are the trying to start a grass fed argument. Though I am on your side, we both know that corn is what is being demonized right now. The only corn people want these days is sweet corn on their own plate.

To the original post. I have heard of grass fed people who were up front that they gave a handful of corn a few times a week to make the cattle easier to handle.
