NEIN | I Believe much depends on the size and scope of your low spot. Third party ownership may be your answer if compliance is an issue. The wetlands law was the largest taking of land rights by the federal government since we took this land from the Indians, and with no direct compensation for the taking. Why we have not filed a class action suite against the EPA is beyond me. I can think of no other case where the feds took so much with no payment. | |
