| I hire it out. My washer charges $.42 a space. When I built my barns I had intended to wash myself but guys I talked to said owning a washer was a huge burden. When you need it to work it's always broke down and it wasn't cheap to fix. The guys I use can wash a 1200 barn in about 10 hours and he does a good job. I only get about three days of being empty so I want it washed as soon as I can so I can get in and do any repairs that need to be done and get it prepped for my next group. | |
