Buxton ND		I really don't the subject of funny.
These are the facts of the carry over guys
1.837 corn
.460 bean
.966 wheat
You may or may not believe these numbers, to each his own. Wide basis's with numbers like this is very normal, MORE SO with poor exports. This is why I've been saying for months play Sat's "Bid my Basis Game" Pay attention to the carry and be willing to sell the carry,,, this was how many marketed grains prior to the E-boom crazy years.

I locked in a very strong wheat basis bid in midish December, -10 for June delivery. It was a hot bid,,, someone wanted some wheat in that time slot,,, it did not last long***** Current June basis is -.75 I like to gain .25 on a basis improvement, .65 is as wild as as the E-boom market then self.

Ray made a comment a few months back about this being the year to LEARN to lock in BASIS and FUTURES at DIFFERENT TIMES. So a big hat tip to "Sir Ray" This is "old school marketing" even in the "new age" of ethanol.
