WC MN | Leases are the cheapest way for me to run some equipment right now. $350k tractor with a lease payment of $35k. Buying that tractor would be a payment of $70k+ per year. Plus this keeps me on warranty. We put on a lot of hours, this is the cheapest per hour tractor for us.
Nobody has me. I do not have a lot of interest in owning depreciating assets that drop in value as quick as new farm equipment does. To each their own. | |
