Keep in mind that with a lease, at least all the ones we've been offered on used equipment, there is no warranty other than what is left on the factory warranty or extended if added.  Its just like you own it.  Really took what attraction we saw away, unless you leased a machine under warranty.  A one or two year short term need, or an experiment would be our only desire to do it.  Like you said, you get no equity at the end.
