Rivers, MB | Unless your purchased sprayer depreciates to 0 at the end of your payment schedule, you have equity in the purchased sprayer. And you will not have any equity in the lease at the end in all likelihood. Or negligible equity in the leased sprayer.
To me, making a decision purely on how it affects your balance sheet is not a wise choice. Reality is, cashflow is roughly the same. Your obligations are the same either way. But your net worth increases with one and not the other. No brainer IMO to go the purchase route. | |
