I have a 3/4 ton that doesn't have overload springs. It squatted pretty bad with any kind of a pay load on it. I put Firestone's in it and I've been really happy with them. I do have the on board compressor and it's really nice to have it. I can run minimal pressure when I'm empty and adjust the pressure to where it rides best depending on what I"m hauling.
