Did some prep work yesterday and painted today. I used an abrasive wheel to sand the rust off, cleaned it, and then painted it. Did 3 set of rims this way and they seem to be holding up well. I am by no means an expert painter and I wasn't going for the absolute best quality, but I think they turned out pretty good for what I can do.
