They commented lots of ethonal plants were doubling their storage capacities. I think they have a plan , and its called build storage and flatten the basis. When they manage to get a 60 plus day supply on hand , those special weekend deals of an extra 15-20 cents will go away for good. One should be aware what the local end users are doing and take full advantage of any opportunity that arises..
