I like to tell myself I don't have oppertunities to grow as I'd like, but truth is there is more oppertunity out there it's just more than I'd care to risk. There is still $400 rent in our area...
It's more than I'd care to risk because going broke is something I would attempt to avoid even if it means I don't get to make 3 times normal income. Others have different reservations about risk.
What would cause others to be more cautious in taking on risk... because some are not afraid of it till their going through it | |
