Maybe you can tell I don't know much about bankruptcy... When you restructure are there people that don't get paid? How is it fair for one person to restructure and save his business while another doesn't get paid? the restructuring bankruptcy was put in place in 1985 in the farm bill. Chapter 12. It's for farmers and fisherman. Chapter 11 for business.
