SW KS, near Dodge City

As for my little corner of the world.  In any scenario except global cooling, I believe that we would be competitive.

And that's what every other operation believes, and honestly, rightfully so. It's all going to be cropped. Inputs will be priced according to production, so even those areas that you think will drop off will likely remain in production.

Why? Well, what else are you going to do with that ground?

As far as inputs... Same question. What are they going to do with all those plants/workforces if they're not producing?

So, production continues, in most sectors.
