30% SHOULD be the figure here in the Midwest for corn but sadly it is going to take another year or two to get back to that number. 200 bu corn at $3.50 is $700 gross or $210/acre. 60 bu beans at $8.50 is $510 x 40% is $204/acre. So rent around here is $100-$150 too high.
