Answers to those questions are shown below.

(1) Revenue shown on those plots is crop land corn yield (in bushels per acre) x local cash corn price (in dollars per bushel) for year following yield and rent payment.

(2) Plot for Nebraska is attached. Notice that it has fewer years because one of the USDA data files for Nebraska had nan (not a number) in first 4 (earliest) years.

(3) Data source for all data in those plots is USDA's NASS QuickStats2 server at this link:

http://quickstats.nass.usda.gov/

When you click that link you will get a control panel that gives access to any USDA NASS data file. Navigating that control panel is confusing, but becomes less so as you gain experience driving the QuickStats2 control panel.
