That is an interesting plot. It would seem reasonable, in Iowa, that 30% of cropland revenue should be spent in rent over the long term? (Probably a little less than 30% currently). Is it net revenue or gross revenue? I assume net.
Do you have a plot for Nebraska? Where did you get your data?
