Young I got kick by fha in 80 or 81 and got a bank that started at 19% to 21% that is quite a hike from 5% I was paying. but I doubt that will happen again.
alot of us got that kick and some didnt make it. bad times are bad times when ever they are, If you can get 300000 at a low go for it and good luck archie
