west central illinois | Iv decided to take advantage of the cheep money fsa is offering for young farmers. Borrowing 300k for 7 years at 2.25%! Pretty much a kicka$$ deal! Anyway they wanted a cash flow filled out for next year. I had to shake my head at their price sheets. They wanted me to put my corn down at 3.90 and my 800 pound feeders at 1.70!!! I feel like they are over valueing those two subjects! I end up putting corn at 3.70 and feeders at 1.50. Overall very happy with how this shaped up on the cash flow for 2016 | |
