Saronville NE | Might be over valued now, but I can remember being with them yrs back in the beginning of my career and they were under valued and hard to make things cash flow. They OK for interest but keep in mind if on a direct loan, it has to be paid back to 0 before getting a new line, so that can really screw up marketing, prepay discounts etc. Also keep in mind what if they run out of money that they are gifted and you don't get approved before the allowance is given away. Know a guy went thru that and couldn't pay cash rent etc on time because of it.
Their backup quarenteed loans be OK, direct I'd have to absolutely no choice of any other option before going that route. | |
