They just replaced all the bulbs in my work office 2=3 weeks ago. They basically are 2 bulb 4 ft shop-lights. They used a Phillips InstaFit T8 that fit into the existing ballasts, but something about the old ballasts wouldn't start all the bulbs so they replaced the ballast too. The LED's are much brighter than the old florescent bulbs.
