Pulled an IH 4 row on 38" rows with a JD 3010 in 5th gear for years. Would have used 6th a lot but needed the rpms to turn the pump for the banded pre-emerge. Before that pulled a 4 row Ford 3pt planter with a JD 520 (2 cylinder). I don't think it will be a problem.
4 row planter - how much HP needed ?
