It used to be called the harvest price option (HPO), and there is no such thing anymore. Now there is the Harvest Price Excusion (HPE). Revenue policies now automatically give you the harvest price unless you elect to exclude it. I have yet to hear any good reason to exclude it. In some cases in 2012 it meant the difference between NO payment and a big payment.
