Tax and spend. Tax and spend. Hey oil is cheap. I think we should put a tax on oil to pay for some pie in the sky BS that no one wants. You'll notice that nowhere was it mentioned as a way to service debt but as a way to pay for more crap that we don't need. Makes my head want to explode. When oil goes back up to $100 you can be Uncle isn't going to want to give up that $10 a barrel tax.
