I think it would be great if you could attend any of their meetings to see what they are working on. I would be surprised if there is any state that only has 1 meeting a year but it is possible. If you are on their mailing list they should have a number to call and you could find out about when and where there are meetings. Most states have county organizations and I am sure the state would be able to tell you about those meetings too. It is America and that is great that we have free speech but I know how much work some of the guys in the state and  county organizations put  in and I hate to see someone complaining about what they are doing when they don't even know what is going on.
