Check their websites or ask some of your neighbors about the county meetings. I am sure that it is not too hard to find out when the meetings are held. If they published their meetings in every farm magazine there would be a lot of guys like you complaining that they are wasting money advertising to the farmers. What state are you from and I can give you the information as to when their next meetings will be?
