John Burns, I read your posts on here and believe you are one of the wisest owls on this site. What does this mean to a consumer? My thinking is banks pass everything else on to customers, so I'm guessin they'd pass negative interest on as well, so why on earth would anyone PAY banks to hold their own money? To me this would be a signal for a run on the banks like no other. Am I missing something?
